Hello! I'm Viral

I am an aspiring Machine Learning Research Engineer working towards the development, deployment and improvement of core AI and machine learning algorithms for computer vision and natural language processing. With a background in both research and applied engineering, my current work focuses mainly on unsupervised domain adaptation, self-supervised learning and one-shot learning. I explore these learning techniques using generative models, graph neural networks, recurrent neural networks and convolutional neural networks. I have experience working with teams from industry leaders like Autodesk, AISIN, and Desjardins. I am fairly comfortable working with different data types like images, videos, point clouds, text and financial data. I also contribute to writing research proposals and pragmatic development directions to build multidisciplinary AI-based solutions

Intelligence, one of the most important things humans have acquired during evolution. It is our ability to think abstractly, reason, establish a correlation between experiences and convert them into knowledge, be creative, predict, and most importantly to generate emotions. In fact, our intelligence is us, different from our body, and unique compared to other individuals.
